Honouring St Eugene de Mazenod and Fr Casmir’s 7th Ordination Anniversary
Today, we celebrate the birthday of St Eugene de Mazenod and the 7th anniversary of the ordination of our beloved Chaplain, Fr Casmir Arul OMI!
St Eugene de Mazenod, the founder of the Oblates of Mary Immaculate, dedicated his life to serving the poor and spreading the love of Christ. His legacy continues to inspire us all.
We also honour Fr Casmir Arul OMI, who has been a beacon of faith and community for our students and staff. Fr Casmir was ordained on 1st August 2017 and has since served with dedication and compassion. Originally from the Oblate Province of India, he completed his studies in Australia before being appointed to the Australian Province by our Superior General.
Fr Casmir fulfils the pastoral ministry as chaplain to Mazenod College and Rosies Oblate Youth Mission, continuing the wonderful work of Fr Kevin Davine OMI. We are grateful for his presence and the spiritual guidance he brings to our community.
Join us in celebrating these significant milestones and expressing our gratitude for the blessings they bring to our lives.
